We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Platform Services

HashCrypto provides a diversified investment platform where users can:

• Purchase automated workers that contribute hashrate to monthly pools
• Earn from pool distributions based on hashrate share
• Participate in referral programs
• Use free earning tools (faucet, PTC)

Important: Workers automatically burn at 200% ROI. Energy recharge is required to keep workers active.

5. Financial Terms

Deposits

• All deposits are subject to minimum amounts and network fees
• Deposits require manual approval and may take 5-30 minutes
• You are responsible for sending to correct addresses and networks
• Deposits cannot be reversed once blockchain confirmation occurs

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed manually within 1-24 hours
• Network transaction fees apply to all withdrawals
• We reserve the right to request verification for withdrawals
• Withdrawals may be delayed or refused if fraud is suspected

Earnings

• Pool distributions occur every 10 minutes based on hashrate share
• Workers must have active energy to earn
• Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on network participation
• Referral commissions are 5% of referral activities (lifetime)

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the platform for illegal activities or money laundering
• Create multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or referrals
• Use automated tools or bots (except for legitimate workers)
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit platform mechanics
• Share account credentials or transfer accounts
• Reverse engineer or attempt to hack the platform
• Engage in fraudulent deposits or chargebacks

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
