To use HashCrypto, you must: (1) Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, (2) Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, (3) Not be prohibited from using the platform under applicable laws, (4) Provide accurate and truthful information during registration, (5) Maintain the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for: (1) Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password, (2) All activities that occur under your account, (3) Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access, (4) Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date, (5) Complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
HashCrypto provides a diversified investment platform where users can: (1) Purchase automated workers that contribute hashrate to monthly pools, (2) Earn from pool distributions based on hashrate share, (3) Participate in referral programs, (4) Use free earning tools (faucet, PTC). IMPORTANT: Workers automatically burn at 200% ROI. Energy recharge is required to keep workers active.
DEPOSITS: All deposits are subject to minimum amounts and network fees. Deposits require manual approval and may take 6-12 hours. You are responsible for sending to correct addresses and networks. Deposits cannot be reversed once blockchain confirmation occurs. WITHDRAWALS: Withdrawals are processed manually within 1-24 hours. Network transaction fees apply. We reserve the right to request verification. Withdrawals may be delayed or refused if fraud is suspected. EARNINGS: Pool distributions occur every 10 minutes based on hashrate share. Workers must have active energy to earn. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on network participation. Referral commissions are 5% of referral deposits (lifetime).

You may not: (1) Use the platform for illegal activities or money laundering, (2) Create multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or referrals, (3) Use automated tools or bots (except for legitimate workers), (4) Attempt to manipulate or exploit platform mechanics, (5) Share account credentials or transfer accounts, (6) Reverse engineer or attempt to hack the platform, (7) Engage in fraudulent deposits or chargebacks. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE: (1) Uninterrupted or error-free operation, (2) Specific earning amounts or ROI timeframes, (3) Protection against all security threats, (4) Availability in all jurisdictions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
